Description

Jellyfish in a Verdant Sky

A delicate pink jellyfish floats in a surreal lime green sky with two pale suns, above a field of flowing green and golden forms that sway like sea plants. Elements of nature meet a fantasy atmosphere, creating a calm but unusual scene full of movement and lightness.

The painting was created in Dubai in 2024 as an experiment in a more surrealism-inspired direction. It is not Lana Swan’s typical style, which makes the piece quite unique within her body of work.

Medium: Oil on cotton canvas
Size: 40 × 60 cm (16 × 24 in)
