We send paintings and prints from the shop on lanaswan.com to the UK and to most countries worldwide.
Delivery costs

The delivery cost is a flat rate for the whole order. VAT is added to it where it applies. You see the full cost at checkout before you pay. Exhibition places and the SWAN Book review fee are services, so there is no delivery charge for them.
Packing and dispatch
- Original paintings are carefully wrapped and packed in a strong cardboard box.
- We email you when your order has been sent, with tracking details where the delivery service provides them.
- Some art prints are printed to order by our print partner and sent directly from its print facility, so they may arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Delivery times
After you order, we tell you by email when to expect your parcel. Unless we agree another date with you, we deliver within 30 days of your order. If there is a delay, we will let you know.
Orders outside the UK
Parcels sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, import VAT or customs fees by the country they are sent to. These charges are set by that country, are not included in our prices and are paid by the person who receives the parcel. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Please keep the packaging and email info@lanaswan.com as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the item and the box. We will put it right. See Returns and Refunds for details.
